I was introduced to Motivate through a friend whilst completing a Diploma in Sports Development and at the time I was looking for a place to do my work experience. I contacted Jimmy about placement and he was more than happy to help me out with some coaching experience. This was where I needed to be and, how I could contribute positively to the community. As a coach I understand that the best thing, I can do for these athletes is to show them that I care. Motivate is all about helping these athletes be the best people they can be and, teaching them life lessons through sport. Our work with that athletes at Motivate will be our legacy and, the time and energy we gave to these athletes will be what we are all remembered for.
